DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

The Buyer is the person who places an order through the website www.thujaballet.com.


2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of ballet leotards and stage wear products ordered by the Buyer through the website, within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.


3. Product and Payment Information

The following information specified during the order process is included in the order confirmation screen and order confirmation email:

  • product name

  • model

  • color

  • size

  • quantity

  • total sales price (including VAT)

  • shipping fee

  • payment method


4. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days.

Delivery time for custom-made products is specified separately.

In case of force majeure (natural disaster, logistical disruptions, etc.), the delivery time may be extended.


5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of product delivery, without stating any reason.

Products to be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must meet the following conditions:

  • the product must be unused and untried

  • the product must be unwashed

  • the product must not have been used in performances or rehearsals

  • the hygiene strip on the product must not be removed

  • the product's tags must not be damaged and the product must be in a condition suitable for resale


6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • products manufactured to custom measurements

  • products produced with special color or design choices

  • products with removed hygiene strips

  • stage costumes found to have been used

For hygiene and health reasons, ballet leotards sold are classified as underwear.

Therefore:

  • if the hygiene strip on the product is removed,

  • if the product is tried on or used,

  • if the product shows signs of use such as sweat, makeup, powder, or similar marks

in these cases, the product is not considered suitable for resale due to hygiene reasons, and returns are not accepted within the scope of the right of withdrawal.

The Seller reserves the right to inspect the returned product. If the hygiene strip is found to be removed or the product used, the return request may be rejected, and the product may be sent back to the buyer.



7. Return Process

The product to be returned:

  • original packaging

  • labels

  • accessories, if any

must be sent along with it.

After the product is inspected by the seller, a refund will be made within 10 business days.

Within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer (unless otherwise specified).


8. Authorized Court

In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committee and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence are authorized.
