2. Product / Service Information

The basic features of the purchased product or service (product name, type, quantity, color, size, brand/model, etc.) are presented to the consumer as stated on the product page.

3. Product Price and Payment

The total sale price of the product, including all taxes, is specified in the order summary.

The total price may include the following items:

  • product sale price

  • taxes including VAT

  • shipping fee (if any)

  • additional service fees (if any)

Payment can be made by the following methods:

  • credit card

  • debit card

  • other online payment methods

4. Delivery and Fulfillment

The ordered product will be delivered to the consumer within a maximum of 30 days, depending on stock availability.

Delivery:

  • is made to the address specified by the consumer during the order

  • is carried out via a cargo company

  • shipping fee is specified during the order

5. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned to the seller within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notification.

The seller will refund all payments collected from the consumer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notification.

6. Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products:

  • products prepared in line with the consumer's request or personal needs

  • products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons

  • unsealed underwear and similar products

Ballet leotards sold are considered in the underwear category for hygiene and health reasons. Therefore, if the product's protective packaging is opened, tried on, or used, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and returns will not be accepted.

The product can only be considered for return if:

  • unused

  • untried

  • all protective packaging is unopened

is returned.

7. Complaints and Applications

The consumer can submit complaints and objections to the seller via the seller's contact information provided above.

In case of a dispute, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or consumer courts within the scope of relevant legislation.

8. Approval

The consumer declares that they have read, understood, and electronically accepted this Pre-Information Form before completing the order.
